Return Policy
All sales are final. Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of each MO, we cannot offer refunds once an order has been placed. Every unit is built specifically to your specifications, including your chosen color, name, and programmed commands. This makes each MO unique to you and unable to be resold.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have questions about customization options or need help deciding on your configuration, contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to assist.
Damaged During Shipping
If your MO arrives damaged due to shipping, we will repair it at no cost to you. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to send the unit back to us. Once repairs are complete, we will ship your MO back to you free of charge.
Defects and Malfunctions
If your MO has a manufacturing defect or malfunctions under normal use, you are covered by our free lifetime repair policy. Contact us to arrange service. We will diagnose the issue, repair your unit, and return it to you at no cost. This does not include cosmetic parts due to dropping or damage. However, repairs are done at part cost, meaning if there is accidental damage, we will repair your unit, at part cost, and shipping is free. What We Cannot Accept
We cannot accept returns for refund under any circumstances. We cannot accept returns due to change of mind, incorrect customization choices made by the customer, or dissatisfaction with voice recognition or AI responses. We cannot accept units that have been intentionally damaged, modified by unauthorized parties, or disassembled.
How to Request a Repair
Email us at support@mocofactory.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will respond within 48 hours with instructions for shipping your MO to us.
